I have the honour to
inform you that in the
letter addressed to the
Crown Agents last May, mention of the allowance was omitted by
an inadvertence, which
much regret.
2.
The allowance of

but, as at the end of that time, the Medical Board certified
that the injuries
were permanent, it was
decided in Executive
Council that the allowance
should be continued
during pensioner's life.
